PTO Low Income Tuition Credit Application Form

  • 補助中文學校低收入家庭的學生
    家長會可以提供學費補助，給予每個清寒家庭每學年三百美元以內之補助。當此補助計劃之預算用盡時，則停止實施。

    PTO Low Income Tuition Credit Program
    PTO will provide tuition credit, up to $300.00, per school year, per family for low-income families. This program may end when available funding runs out.

    • 1. 清寒家庭的定義
    Definition of Low Income Family

    家長會承襲加州公共設施局的低收入標準如下：
    PTO adopts low-income family definition from the California Public Utilities Commission as follows:

    Maximum Household Income
    1 to 2 $24,000
    3 $28,200
    4 $34,000
    5 $39,800
    6 $45,600


    2. 申請辦法
    Guidelines

    a). 申請者必須是家長會會員
    Applicant must be PTO member.

    b).據實填寫申請表
    Fill out application form.

    c). 符合清寒家庭條件者需出示一年的聯邦與加州所得稅表，作為證明文件。
    Eligible candidates need to provide proof of state and federal tax returns.
